My 20 years in corporate America gave me excellent experience on how to run a business. I spent years in management consulting at Deloitte and other firms, I had software implementation experience, and I led a Business Development team at a venture-backed startup. Combined with my MBA from Wharton, I knew I had the skills but wasn't sure how to transition to entrepreneurship.
I decided to acquire an existing business, and during that process realized how little guidance and protections were available for business buyers. So, I built a toolkit to guide other business buyers. Now, I help other former corporate professionals execute their dream of buying a business and being an entrepreneur through acquisition.
